Problems just popped up with browsers

Any MP3 players will not launch from Kplaylist anymore on this PC. But will launch from any other PC....

When I try to play an album or just a song i get this all of a sudden

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I'm running Vista and I cannot upgrade or reinstall media player, I tried WinAmp but that did not work......

It had always just fine until a few weeks ago...
