client disconnects if stop a stream & start a new in 5 sec

I am using the latest build 503.
apache 2.2.11
php 5.2.8
kplaylist 1.8.503
Windows XP pro
using inbuild zip and rar
16000 songs.
using login.kpp and kpconfig for customization. No change to index file for 503.
Here is how one can re-create a problem:
log in
view folders and pick an album
click on a song to play (inline player JW - mediaplayer). let it play for 10-15 secs
cancel the song and within 5 seconds click on another song..
song may continue to play.. stop the song again in 10-15 seconds..
click on any song within 5 secs again.. system hangs.. client is disconnected. Closing IE and re-starting required.

If you let the song complete and then start another one - no problems.
if you wait more than 5 seconds before clicking on next song - most of times - no problems.

I have tried following combinations and problem still exists:
- used another mediaplayer in jw
- tried many combinations of parameters in apache2 server (mpm, maxrequests etc)..not a server problem
- checked to error logs for apache - no errors
- tried a stable version of kplaylist 502 and 503
- re-built id3 tags
- re-booted server many times
- watched mysql admin live as client requests came in and watched client getting disconnected for some reason
- tried with 2 clients from 2 different computers

Here is an access log to see get/post requests (recreated the problem to post here). You can see bunch of GET commands but there is no POST corresponding from the last requests.

I think that there is a problem with resetting stream - perhaps?

Anyone help me here? much appreciated..

I am begining to believe that it has something to do with streaming parameters..
Here is what I have noticed.
- When I play 1st song, I can see the songs streaming percentage in the left panel under "last streams".
- Then when i stop the song 1st time, it resets the streaming statistics.
- When I play next song, last stream does not show song under "last streams"
- then when i click on 3rd song or anything else, everything is frozen.
Any clues?

such a nice progy but can't say the same for support.. I have posted 13 posts over a month and not a single reply. Oh well..

Back to issue outlined in the above post, only option left is to do a clean install of mysql, php and apache2 and try kplaylist - it is not a pretty option and is very time consuming -
My client still keeps disconnecting after stopping the inline stream.

Update: 3/5/2009:
Problem resolved.
Errors had something to do with mysql time out parameters.
Changed connection_timeout = 15 seconds to 14400 and changed
wait_timeout = 5 seconds to 60 seconds.

All errors gone.
